This website is operated by Premias Kitchen Essentials ("Premias", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced here (such as our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy).

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products , including colors, dimensions, and details , as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting in photography, or natural materials.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email or message. This confirms we have received your order — acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, repeated refusal of COD parcels, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount will be given back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2–5 business days nationwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. Premias is not responsible for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unused products in their original packaging. 

Items reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery (with photo/video evidence) are replaced free of charge. Full conditions are in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product Use & Care

Our products are designed for normal household kitchen use. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product (for example, hand-washing wooden items and avoiding metal utensils on non-stick surfaces). Damage caused by misuse, neglect, commercial use, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by our exchange or warranty policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the Premias name, logo, product photography, text, and design is the property of Premias and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to attempt to interfere with the site's security or functionality, or to submit false information. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders where these terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Privacy

Your personal information, name, address, phone number, and order details is used only to process and deliver your orders and to provide customer support. We never sell your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of «Pakistan». Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
